Have you ever wondered what the BASIC understanding of the Gospel is? It’s a word that is so overused that it has kind of lost its meaning. There’s “the Gospel,” “Jesus’ Gospel,” “the good news,” etc…. And is the word “Gospel” just a stand-in for “the Bible?”
This week we’re going to watch and discuss two Bible Project videos that will help deepen your understanding. We’ll discuss in our Kinfolk Groups what the word “Gospel” really means and questions like, “Why are there four Gospel accounts (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) in the Bible? Aren’t they all just telling the same story?”
