Classes meet on most Tuesdays. For this season there are no classes on Thursday nights, but there will be some Saturday morning classes available. Classes usually meet in the Chapel but due to remodeling they may occasionally meet in the Worship Center. Signs will be posted if that is the case.

Classes will have one format: Warm up, slow flow, core work, and a slightly longer stretch session at the end to do some focused work on flexibility. See you soon!!
