Christmas Eve: An Extraordinary Christmas

December 20th, 2021 | Community Updates

The story of the first Christmas has become so normalized and ordinary that we don’t even see the extraordinary elements, objects and people within the narrative anymore. We have succumbed to the “lullaby effect” where we “know” (or think we know) the story so well that we “fall asleep” when we hear it and we aren’t really listening…instead, we’re nodding off. We invite you to reimagine and revisualize the very first Christmas story this Christmas Eve and not just hear but actively listen to the Good News of Jesus as we discover the extraordinary within the ordinary. This miraculous event changed the course of history…and it can change your very life, too.

Celebrate the good news of the birth of Jesus with us on Christmas Eve with carols and candlelight! Please invite your friends and family to participate with you and enjoy this time together.
